We deliver a complete service, from valuation to sale and clearance - a process which has been proven to take the emotional and physical stress from any full or partial house clearance. We work to a fixed price quotation for clearance of all properties, with no over the top fees or exaggerated hourly rates.

Our Process:

  2. We conduct your clearance survey
    Our valuers will visit the property to advise you on items suitable for auction.
  3. We will prepare an inventory ready for clearance
    Our turnaround is fast, with probate valuations approximately two days. We have a secure jewellery vault, storage facility and parking lot for vehicles on site.
  4. Transport to the saleroom will be quoted and arranged with our own removals team
    We have the ability to clear houses quickly for tight house completions. Should you wish to use our full house clearance service, items unsuitable for auction will be removed for recycling or disposal (using approved waste contractors). Our removals and transport are fully insured.
  5. Items are stored in our large, free storage facility
    We will house your items until the appropriate sales arise.
  6. Post clearance services are available
    After the clearance service is complete, the property, garage, shed and garden are left ready for the next occupants. We can even arrange a post-clearance cleaning service, so the property is ready for resale.
  7. Sale by auction
    Saleable items will be sold by auction, using our state-of-the-art online auction technology to ensure your items achieve their maximum value. We host a range of specialist sales covering over 20 departments.
